At its core Paul’s Fan Company has always been passionate about the safety of miners. Learn about how we started and our success over the years.
Our Story
Paul Elswick started Paul’s Fan Company in 1958. During this time Paul repaired underground mine equipment, trucks, and anything else he could get his hands on. When demand for mining equipment jumped in the mid-60’s, Paul developed the Mark-IV roof bolting machine. These machines became very popular and varied in height & configuration. In the United States, these machines became the go-to for providing added safety at an affordable price.
As time went by the need for increased mine ventilation prompted a change in direction. Since that change, our team has built, rebuilt, and installed over 5,000 custom ventilation systems across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
We can build, install, and service a variety of industrial fans.
